Well, I'm a few steps further down the road in the Arizona tour-of-duty. They are foreclosing on the home. Set to auction it on October 8th. I will probably get it to "short sale" status first. The credit cards are starting to turn me over to collections. Have had three good prospects look at commercial property. All in all I would say I feel more "evolved" than ever.
